We are unable to accept returns or exchange goods due to incorrect sizes as all orders are custom made to your specification.For fixed sized sliding wardrobes we use your measurements to check your order will fit the opening size you specify.We advise against installing the bottom track directly to carpet. Where the room is carpeted we recommend fitting a wooden plinth such as 96mm x 21mm or 96mm x 46mm timber to fit the track onto and carpeting up to it.
